There are currently over 5,200 troubleshooting entries from all major manufacturers such as Alde, Dometic, Thetford, Truma and many more. A total of 78 appliance suppliers.
In addition, the instruction videos for appliances from 64 recreational vehicle manufacturers are assigned to the app. These numbers are growing as the manufacturers introduce new equipment to the market.
The dealer app (we also call it the customer satisfaction app) has pictures of almost all vehicles currently being produced by main line manufacturers. At Caravan Salon Düsseldorf, we photograph all the vehicles on display as well as their installed equipment and then assign instruction videos of that equipment.
